More Pictures from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic Party US Lawmakers
Development layouts for Epstein's secluded tropical island included in the released materials.
Additionally included in this new document disclosure is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had formulated development schemes to build upon the substantial island by building residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a pool.
Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a legend labelling various areas of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for boat shelters.
More materials released as part of the current oversight process.
